3. Refund Policy
3.1. Refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:
- If the registration is rejected for any reasons that do not comply with our registration policy or does not match the criteria of defined accepted attendees for the respective events.
- If the registration is canceled less than 30 days prior to the event, a fee of 50% will only be refunded upon approval.

4.1. Cancellations are subject to our approval. Clients may cancel a booked registration by providing written notice to info@plexusas.com 30 days prior to the scheduled event date.
4.2. Cancellation requests received after the specified notice period may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% to cover expenses incurred.

5.1. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of our services.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Notice of cancellation must be made via e-mail to info@plexusas.com Cancellations are subject to our approval.
A cancellation acknowledgment will be sent within 07 working days.
Cancellations made in less than 30 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within less than 30days days will not be refunded.
If a cancellation is accepted, the Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only as per the Refund Policy.

Refund Policy
In case of cancellation, your refund will proceed within 14 business days from submission of your cancellation. We will update you via email once your refund has been initiated.
The total time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank. We will refund the full amount of the product canceled as per the cancellation policy but the customer bank may charge a transaction fee as per their policy.
If we refund by credit card, we will only refund the amount we received, and bank charges will be borne by customer.
Refunds will only be provided through bank, in the case of cash payment the customer will have to provide their bank details in order to receive the refund.
